We just wanted to send you a little not to Thank You for the amazing and beautiful cakes you did for our wedding. The bridal cake was not only gorgeous, but tasted so good! We can’t wait to eat more a year from now. Also, the corvette groom’s cake out did our expectations. Derek absolutely loved it, and was so impressed on all the detailing of the groom’s cake. I am the person who picked up the very “special order” cake on Saturday …. It was a blast!! I wanted to send you an email to tell you how much I appreciated you doing the cake – it was a BIG hit at the bachelorette party. Everyone thought it was hysterical and it made for some great pictures. You did an amazing job on the detail and not only did it look exactly like I asked… the cake inside actually tasted really good too!!! Sometimes a cake like that looks really amazing, but isn’t good to eat. Yours was wonderful… moist and delicious. We ate almost all of it. So thank you SO MUCH for doing it. It will be the source of many good stories in the years to come.

I just wanted to let you know that the cake I bought last week for my daughter’s birthday was great (red velvet with butter cream filling). It was like eating heaven!!!! I can unfortunately say that I’ve eaten a fair share of cake in my dat (I used to work at a banquet hall) and I don’t remember anything as great as the cake you made.
